Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, returns and replacements may include shipping costs and, in some cases, a restocking charge.

Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must:

  • be unused and in new condition
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • have all tags attached
  • meet the conditions listed in this policy

We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or if we made a mistake with your order. If the issue happened because of an error on our side, we will also cover the original shipping cost where applicable.

If you report a sizing issue or product defect, we may ask you to send clear photos so our team can review the problem before approving the request.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing an order. We cannot offer a refund for orders sent to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded.

These include:

  • products bought on sale or with a discount, unless they arrive defective
  • made-to-measure or fully customized leather items
  • items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • promotional or free items included with an order
  • products ordered in multiple sizes or styles for trial purposes and then returned

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team: Email us with your name, order number, and the email address used for the order.

Send photos if needed: If the item has a defect, damage, or sizing issue, please include clear photos so we can review the request properly.

Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and reply within 48 working hours.

Return the item: If your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for safe and secure return shipping.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
